The Company is owned and operated by two Members, Clinton W. Milum and Janie M. Milum, each with an equal membership interest in the Company.

Clinton W. Milum
Clinton W. Milum, a certified Master Residential Carpenter and Master Commercial Carpenter with the Associated General Contractors of America, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has constructed numerous houses during this time and been involved in commercial construction. Mr. Milum is the Company's chief operating decision maker.

With a bachelor's and master's degrees from Central State University, and additional graduate hours from Oklahoma State University, Mr. Milum taught the construction trade for the 26½ years at Moore Norman Technology Center.

Mr. Milum is a member of the Moore Home Builders Association, Oklahoma State Home Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders, Moore Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Retired Teachers Association, and First United Methodist Church.

Janie M. Milum
With bachelor's and master's degrees from Central State University and additional graduate hours for general administration from the University of Oklahoma, Mrs. Milum taught business education courses in two school districts. Mrs. Milum is a member of the Moore City Council and for the last 29 years was employed at Moore Norman Technology Center, most recently as the Director of Student Services for 19 years. After completing 36 years in education, she is now retired. Mrs. Milum is the Company's chief administrative decision maker.

Mrs. Milum is a member of the Moore Chamber of Commerce, Moore Rotary Club, Moore Downtowners Association, Oklahoma Municipal League, Inc. and First United Methodist Church.
